All appointments must be held with a credit card. A deposit may be required for certain services.

Four Elements Salon & Spa requires 48 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling. Any appointment with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a 25% charge.

We value both our clients and services providers time, this cancellation policy safeguards both clients and providers in the event of a last minute cancellation or no show.
