	60 min.	80 min.	Swedish – This manual therapy uses massage oils, long strokes and some focused work to create a deeply relaxing experience. Swedish massage increase circulation in the body and is great for releasing lactic acid in the body. Deep Tissue - Utilizes a variety of techniques to access and provide relief to the deeper muscular structures of the body. Deep tissue may balance on the pleasure/pain threshold, but should not cause pain to the client. Hot Stone – Using hot stones as a tool for massage is an age-old practice. Aside from being deeply relaxing, the heat of the basalt stones allows deep penetration of the muscle tissue, resulting in a hugely therapeutic session. Great for increasing circulation and releasing toxins. Traditional Thai Massage – Sometimes called "lazy man's yoga", this ancient modality will leave you feeling like you extra space in your body. This modality is traditionally done on the floor with both client and practitioner wearing loose fitting cotton clothing.
